Refund policy
Due to the nature of PaintPott, we cannot accept returns on most items. However please read below for exceptions and please get in touch with us at hello@paintpott.co.uk if you have any questions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Once your Pottery item has been painted, we cannot accept returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item as we can discuss individual cases if you have an issue.
Rental Boxes
PaintPott Rental Boxes will be checked after each rental to ensure everything is present, you will be billed if something has not been returned so please ensure it is all packed away.
Late Fee
If for some reason you are not present for the pre-arranged collection time, a fee of £20 may be charged due to the box then being unable to be given to the next customer on time. If you need to reschedule please let us know ASAP to avoid any late fees.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If we agree to take a return on an unpainted item, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
