I am hosting a Paint & Potter event on 21st November, 10am to 3pm in the hall just next to Make & Brew cafe in Shirley. This is our busiest event of the year, with Christmas pottery painting, face painting, drinks & cake and shopping.
There are two options to apply for:
In Person Full Table Stall - £30 or £20 for charity
Pop Up Shop Half Table - £15
In Person Full Table
For this option, you will be present for the event, to set up, host your table and sell your items. There is an option for a half price table if you can help us hout the pop up shop during busy periods.
Pop Up Shop Half Table
For this option, you will drop off half a tables worth of products to sell and small displays in the week leading up to the event. We will set up the pop up shop, host it, take money and keep track of stock.
Drop off will be in Bitterne with full logistics to be confirmed nearer the time. Collection will be in the days following the event from Bitterne and payment for sales will also be confirmed in the weeks after.
You will also need to give us some bags/leaflets/packaging materials for your items and we highly recommend having a QR code or business cards so people can find you again after the event if they want to shop later on.
Important Information for both
Your application will be processed and confirmed within 2 weeks of applying. As with all pop up shops and markets I am looking for a wide selection of businesses so there is a variety to shop from our customers.
Once confirmed please pay within a week, if payment isn’t received then I will go to the next business. For the pop up shop and market, refunds of stall fee are not possible after a month before the event has passed due to busy nature of the season and fees to cover for the event.
